Replacement Guarantee:

  1. The guarantee applies to the thermostat, air handler, evaporator coil, and condensing unit. Does not include ductwork, building performance improvements, and system enhancements (e.g., zoning systems, air cleaners, etc.)
  2. Signed request must be sent by email or registered mail within the first year of installation.
  3. Stan’s Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electrical will remove the HVAC system within 30 days of request and refund its net price (contracted price minus any utility, manufacturer, or Stan’s Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electrical’s rebates or incentives).
  4. Additional terms and conditions below.

Lowest Price Guarantee:

  1. Stan’s Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electrical must be presented with a copy of the competitor’s proposal.
  2. We will beat any competitor’s price by at least $50.

Temperature Guarantee:

  1. The guarantee only applies when the air handler, coil, and condensing unit are installed in tandem.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

  1. Stan’s Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electrical’s guarantees are null and void if anyone other than a Stan’s Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electrical employee performs work on the equipment we installed.
  2. Misuse, alteration, natural disasters (e.g., fire, flood, lightning, etc.), animal damage, accidents, and abuse nullify the above guarantees.
